By using Birga you agree to these terms. We have tried to write them in plain language.
These terms form the agreement between you and the team that provides Birga. By using the app or the birga-app.uz website, you agree to them.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app, and delete your account.
You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share the email address or the third-party account (Google, Apple, Telegram) you use to sign in.
Your Birga ID (username) must be unique. We reserve the right to remove usernames that impersonate another person or organisation, or that are offensive or misleading.
All Birga features are currently completely free. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no hidden charges.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these rules, without prior notice.
Birga is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it as your only means of help in situations involving risk to life or health. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services.
Location data depends on your device's sensors, GPS signal, internet connectivity, and operating-system limits. It may be inaccurate, delayed, or entirely unavailable — for example when a phone is switched off, loses connectivity, is indoors, or when the operating system suspends the app in the background.
We do not guarantee the continuity or accuracy of location data.
Content you upload — profile photo, place names, messages — remains yours. You grant us only the rights we need to provide the service: to store it and deliver it to the intended recipient.
Do not post content that infringes the rights of others or breaches the law.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app: Profile → Delete account. Details: deleting your account.
We may restrict access to your account if these terms are breached, or if we decide to discontinue the service. If we shut the service down entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice in advance.
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes will be resolved by negotiation where possible, and otherwise by the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
If these terms change, the new version number and date will appear on this page. We will notify you in the app about material changes. Continuing to use the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
